Coach Swap – week 3 (4 steps to OW swimming)


Are you looking to boost your training during lockdown? 💪
MSV has been collaborating with Swimming Victoria and other Victorian Sporting Associations and one great initiative is ‘Coach Swap‘ which is a program that aims to motivate members to get active and try something new.

In Week 3 we have teamed up with Swimming Victoria has teamed up with Swimming Victoria, Waterpolo VictoriaDiving VictoriaAthletics Victoria and Fencing Victoria to bring you the following resources to keep you active and motivated.

We also bring you the 4 Steps to Open Water Swimming  our final part of our collaboration with Coach Jason Bryce (Melbourne Open Water – Masters Club & Williamstown Open Water Swim Coaching) who gave us some great information about how to get into the Open Water if you have never tried it or have been hesitant to give it a go
