Relay team entry is done though the same system as individual entry for a meet (usually Club Assistant or Swim Central).
Relay teams are usually submitted by the Relay Captain. The person who holds this position can change for each meet. It can be a club coach, president, enthusiastic team member- anyone! The Relay Captain should communicate with team members to get an idea about which strokes and distances everyone is happy to swim.
