An introductory meet for all swimmers, brought to you by MSV and the Westbourne Swimming Club.

This meet is to help swimmers practice racing and learn what to do at larger meets.

There will be a talk on what to do at meets, what all the whistles mean, and how to start and finish races properly.

Races will be the 25s of all 4 strokes (practice), the 50s of all strokes, 100 free, and 100 BBB or 100 IM.

You can do as many or as few races as you want.

Entry is $25 for the meet.

Entries open 12th July and close 16th August.
