Location may change to Mentone depending on conditions. Swimmers will be notified in the event of a change.
The first session will be held in the calmer conditions (Half Moon Bay or Mentone) and the second will be held in more challenging conditions.

It’s recommended to attend both sessions to cover the full range of skills. However, swimmers can attend one session only as befits availability.

$30 per person per session (excl GST and booking fee)

Expert coaches, maximum of 10 swimmers per coach!
Entries are limited.

Participants must be able to swim a minimum of 100m – 200m unassisted without stopping.
Candidates must disclose any medical conditions that would prevent them from completing a 60 minute in water session.
