• Three distances are available: 50 x 100m, 75 x 100m and 100 × 100m
• Proposed time cycles (to be confirmed prior to event): 1:30, 1:40, 1:50, 2:00, 2:15 and 2:30.

Remember:

• Pull buoys, fins, snorkels and paddles are allowed.
• Entry includes event swim cap, food, and drinks.

NOTE:  After you have registered you will receive an email with instructions on nominating your distance and time cycle. It will be up to a week after registration so don’t worry if it doesn’t arrive straight away.
